BlogExplosion outage

For the last few days, I couldn't access BlogExplosion, and it seemed like I wasn't the only one. Since it was down for days, I started thinking that BlogExplosion was dead. Then this morning, the site was back up. However, there's no mention of the extended outage on the home page or anywhere else I could find. How's that for customer service?
